Aerocorsair USA  is very proud to announce that a standard Cors-Air M21Y   based paramotor has established a new World Altitude Record!
Sponsored by Red Bull, PAP, Mycarok and other prestigious companies, a Spanish team of two PPG pilots made an attempt to beat the previous PPG World Altitude record established by a French pilot over Mt. Blank which was 5,243 meters.
Ramon Morillas and Cesar Maldonado, two very well known PPG World Champions attempted a flight over Mt. Kilimanjaro the highest mountain in Africa.
On February 06 2003,  flying in very turbulent conditions, Ramon Morillas achieved an altitude of 5,333 meters that is 17,496 Ft!
He took of in Lerangua (Tanzania)  flew 150 Km and  landed in Moshi.
The machines were equipped with two additional 8 liter fuel tanks to make this record possible.

This World Record showed once again that the Cors-Air M21Y  is a very powerful and  reliable engine.
